Fertility Flower helps you build your family or practice natural birth control using the sympto-thermal method. This method is a natural technique whereby women graph their temperature upon waking and monitor other symptoms (like the presence and quality of cervical fluid, vaginal sensation, etc.) for indications of impending ovulation. How that information is used is up to you! If you are trying to become pregnant, you will be able to time intercourse optimally for when you are at your most fertile. If you are trying to avoid a pregnancy, you can abstain from intercourse during that fertile period.

Seed
For women who are trying to conceive their first child or to avoid a pregnancy naturally, there is Fertility Flower Seed. Using the principles of the Sympto-Thermal Method, members track their waking temperatures and other characteristics (e.g., viscosity of cervical fluid, vaginal sensation, cervical position, etc...) for signs that ovulation is near. Seed's State of the Art charting software comes with automatic ovulation detection so that you can be confident that ovulation has passed and you're officially in the two week wait.
Sprout
For women who are currently pregnant, there is Fertility Flower Sprout. Since tracking our body's signals doesn't end with a positive home pregnancy test, Sprout allows our members to continue temperature charting through the first trimester and symptom watch throughout the pregnancy. Sprout also features a section which highlights the amazing developments of the baby from week to week. Like Seed, the symptoms in Fertility Flower Sprout are customizable but include a different base set of symptoms, more appropriate to pregnancy.
Bloom
For new mothers, juggling a new baby (or babies) in addition to their own resuming fertility, there is Fertility Flower Bloom. You may or may not be actively growing your family but your cycles will resume soon. Bloom combines the offerings of Seed (e.g., temperature charting, monitoring cervical fluid and cervical position, etc...) but includes additional elements which allow you to document your baby's first years of life, including uploading pictures.
